According to our Food Stylist, shooting a pulled beef burger is one of the worst things to do. We did it anyways and I'm pretty happy with the results.
This is the beauty and she is as tasty as she looks. At least that's what people keep telling me. What I can tell you however, is that their veggie falafel burger is great.
You got to have a nice vintage cleaver to appropriately turn the burger into mouthsize pieces!

Salting a burger like this is futile? Certainly. Unless you do it for style points, and in that case it's 12/10.
